China Tax Law Forum

"China Tax Law Forum and China Tax Lawyers and Tax Agents Forum" is jointly sponsored by the All-China Lawyers Association and the China Certified Tax Agents Association, and is specifically hosted by Hwuason Law Firm. It has been successfully held for 11 sessions since 2010.

The forum invited leaders from the Budget Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the Supreme People's Court and other relevant departments, as well as famous jurists from academic institutions such as Peking University and China University of Political Science and Law, as well as well-known tax lawyers and tax accountants to attend and deliver speeches. The forum takes as its mission the exploration of major cutting-edge topics in the construction of China's taxation and rule of law, assists the reform of the national fiscal and taxation system and the construction of fiscal and taxation rule of law, and continues to lead the industry development, business innovation and strategic cooperation of Chinese tax lawyers and tax accountants.
