On the occasion of celebrating the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to further inspire party organizations at all levels and the vast number of party members and cadres in the province to strive for excellence and make achievements, the provincial committee has decided to confer the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of Sichuan Province" to 100 comrades including Zhou Feng, the title of "Outstanding Party Work Cadre of Sichuan Province" to 100 comrades including Wang Kehao, and the title of "Advanced Party Organization of Sichuan Province" to 100 grassroots party organizations including the Tax Service Section of the Tax Bureau of Sichuan Tianfu New Area of the State Taxation Administration. She is a member of the Party Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Registered Tax Agent Industry, vice chairman of the association, director of the Huashui Group Tax Advisory Professional Committee, vice president of Huashui Group, chairman of Huashui Tax Consulting Firm (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., and chairman of Huashui Tax Consulting Firm (Haikou) Co., Ltd.; a member of the expert database of the China Tax Association, a specially invited consultant of the taxpayer's home of the High-tech Zone Tax Bureau in Chengdu, a career development mentor for college students at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, a technology entrepreneurship mentor in Chengdu, and a part-time professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

She has created several "firsts" in the tax consulting industry: the first tax consulting firm to establish a party branch, the first to review whether corporate decisions comply with the party's line, principles, and policies, the first to require wearing party badges at work, the first to integrate party discipline and regulations into corporate management... She has trained 38 party activists, of which 27 business backbones have become Communist Party members, helped other firms establish 6 party branches, and was identified by the Organization Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee as one of the 60 branch secretaries to give party classes.

Accumulatively, she has achieved a revenue of 350 million yuan, paid nearly 40 million yuan in taxes to the country, provided employment opportunities for 1,200 people, and was rated as a double demonstration unit of the Sichuan tax consulting industry; she has provided nearly 1 million tax-related services for tens of thousands of customers, safeguarding nearly 30 billion yuan of national tax security; she has helped customers increase sales by 3.3 billion yuan, reduce costs by 2.8 billion yuan, and increase profits by more than 4 billion yuan; she has safeguarded 1.7 billion yuan of customers' legal tax rights and interests, and eliminated more than 8 billion yuan of tax risks, making a positive contribution to the high-quality economic development of Sichuan; she has mobilized thousands of people in the tax consulting industry to participate in tax service volunteer activities, contributing wisdom and strength to creating a good business environment in Sichuan.

She donated 680,000 yuan to build the "Huashui Road" in Xiangjiaba Village, Pingchang County, Bazhong; built the "Tax Consultant Forest" in the mountainous area of Yibin City; took out more than 700,000 yuan in total to set up scholarships at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and other schools to encourage more outstanding students from poor families to become talented; she has repeatedly donated personal income to support education, poverty alleviation and assistance, and has donated 113,000 yuan in total, supporting poor people in Meigu County, Liangshan for 8 consecutive years; she has held more than 1,000 free public lectures for taxpayers and all sectors of society, with an audience of more than 200,000 people.
