On June 9, 2023, Huashui Tax Advisory Firm (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Huashui") was entrusted by the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives to conduct a comprehensive tax audit for the years 2020-2022. They are assisting the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives, the Provincial Technology Company (Shaanxi Silk Road Financial Information Development Co., Ltd.), and rural cooperative financial institutions in completing the tax self-inspection required by the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives.

Shaanxi Huashui attaches great importance to the comprehensive tax audit for the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives, the Provincial Technology Company, and rural cooperative financial institutions. To ensure the smooth progress of the comprehensive tax audit, a special work meeting was convened on June 11, 2023. The meeting studied the contents of the document "Implementation Plan for Tax Inspection of Rural Cooperative Financial Institutions in Shaanxi Province." It specifically addressed potential risk points in the comprehensive tax audit and established a leadership group to make detailed arrangements and deployments for the comprehensive tax audit work of the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives, the Provincial Technology Company, and rural cooperative financial institutions.

This audit focuses on the value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, land value-added tax, property tax, land use tax, stamp duty, and deed tax of the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives, the Provincial Technology Company, and rural cooperative financial institutions. Currently, each project team is actively and systematically carrying out their work.
