On the morning of April 26, 2023, under the guidance of the Guangdong Sub-group of China Registered Taxation Professionals' Concentric Service Corps, the "2023 Dongchong Town Tax-Related Policies Seminar" was successfully held in the Cultural Center of Dongchong Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, and was attended by Zhang Ke, Deputy Director General of the State Administration of Taxation, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Chen Huiwen, Director of the Taxation Office of Dongchong Town, and Guo Huasheng, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Dongchong Town.

Chen Huiwen made a special lecture on the latest tax policies, explaining in detail the latest preferential tax policies for enterprises in Nansha District, helping enterprises to clarify their tax work ideas, and providing assistance for the majority of enterprises to effectively utilize the preferential tax policies for enterprises next.

Afterwards, Ye Ruyin, a tax accountant of Huashui (Guangdong) , gave a lecture on the preferential policies such as "Several Measures on Supporting High-quality Development of Market Entities and Promoting Economic Operation to Take the Lead in Overall Improvement" "Nansha Program"; combing the key points of the 2022 Enterprise Income Tax Remittance; and the differences between the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Individual Income Tax Taxation and other preferential policies, which helped the enterprises to further understand the policies.

In the afternoon of April 26, 2023, under the guidance of the Guangdong Sub-group of China Registered Tax Accountants' Concentric Service Corps, the "2023 Policies for Promoting High-Quality Development of the Economy" was held in Nansha Life Science Park of Guangdong Medical Valley. Liang Yanqing, Deputy Director of Zhujiang Street Office, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Li Jianhui, Head of Economic Office of Zhujiang Street Office, Wu Danna, Director of Comprehensive Service Center of Zhujiang Street Office, and Hu Lishan, Director of Hengli Taxation Office attended the event.

Liang Qiaoyi from Dongguan Hengli Taxation Office gave a speech on the policy of annual remittance of consolidated income for personal income tax in 2022. Ye Ruyin, a tax accountant from Huaxin (Guangdong) Taxation Firm, interpreted the tax-related part about the Nansha Program and compared the tax incentives of Qianhai and Hengqin cooperation zones to help Nansha enterprises develop in a high quality manner.

Participating enterprises generally reflected that the content of this training captured the pain points of enterprises, which helped them to comprehensively prevent tax-related risks, base on the Bay Area, collaborate with Hong Kong and Macao, and face the world, and boost the high-quality development of enterprises.
