December 4, 2025 – Beneath a gentle sea breeze and warm sunshine, the 2025 Hainan–ASEAN Returnee Exchange Conference opened in grand style at Lingshui, Hainan. Returnee talents, government and enterprise representatives, and think-tank scholars from China and multiple ASEAN countries gathered to explore new pathways for joint consultation, joint construction and shared benefits. Huashui Certified Tax Agents (Haikou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Huashui Haikou”) attended as an invited guest and stepped into the spotlight as a formal signatory to the cooperation project.

During the opening ceremony a signing ceremony was held for the “Cross-Border Logistics Full-Chain Service Partnership”. The initiative integrates each party’s expertise in tax compliance, road transport, port operations, agri-product supply chains and automotive technology, aiming to build an integrated, high-efficiency and resilient cross-border logistics service system. As the partnership’s key provider of fiscal, tax and compliance support, Huashui Haikou will deliver professional tax planning, tariff consulting and compliance-risk management services, ensuring the entire cooperation chain operates smoothly and efficiently within the legal framework.

The establishment of this multi-party collaboration marks a substantive step forward for Huashui Haikou in the field of integrated fiscal-and-tax services. It will not only raise the overall service capacity of cross-border logistics but also inject new momentum into the construction of a high-standard, outward-looking modern logistics system for the Hainan Free Trade Port.
